How this support works
Steady, not sudden
Consistent sessions with the same adult, at a pace the young person can manage. Stability is the intervention.
Safeguarding led
Concerns are recorded and shared through the proper channels, every time. Our safeguarding policy and code of conduct are published.
Alongside, not instead
We work with the school, family and any professionals already around the young person, adding to the picture rather than duplicating it.
